Digital is the new black, as they say. But we've never seen things in black and white. We don't go chasing the hot new thing just for the sake of it. Whether using mobile, social or a traditional website, our aim is clear: to engage customers. Which just goes to show, the more things change the more they stay the same...
Signing on takes a distinctly positive slant
socially attuned website for leading provider of apprenticeship schemes
You can have all the call to actions and all the propositions you can cram into a webpage and, sometimes, it's simply not enough. This is why our youth-oriented website for EST offers more.
We understand the customer journey. It's often a rocky road, particularly with something as important as a young person's future. EST go further and invite prospective apprentices to engage in a two-way conversation.
Discover the iconic coastline of Atlantic Europe
Exciting itineraries come alive at your fingertips with this rich media iPad application for Atlantic Europe cruises
Having crafted three unique itineraries encapsulating incredible attractions from eight European ports, we quickly realised these experiences deserved a more exciting way to show them off than just a website.
The Cruise Atlantic Europe iPad app takes you on a tour of our itineraries. Stunning visuals, rousing videos and interactive maps providing information on dozens of sights make this app a must for any 'cruiser's' suitcase.
Opening the door on deconstructivist thinking...
We ended up 'deconstructing' the concept of a website.
The sector-defying website for the London Graduate School breaks so many conventions we half expected to get kettled designing it.
At the heart of LGS, as with any such organisation, is a community. With faculty blogs, debate-inspiring thoughtpieces, events and news (all updated by the staff at LGS), this is more than just another online prospectus.
Online realtime property auctions
Designing the first ever online platform for property sales in the UK
We've never shied away from breaking new ground, which is why we relished the chance to design the website for the groundbreaking clicktopurchaseproperty.
Guiding people through the alien concept of purchasing property online required sensitivity to the customer journey, while the functionality of the site demanded a robust template (both front-end and back-end) that permits the site to develop.
TEST NGK Pitboard - live life in the fast lane
Twitter meets Formula One meets mobile.
NGK's customers (mechanics, car traders, automotive hobbyists) aren't your stereotypical Twitter user. When NGK expressed an interest in expanding their online support services to these social channels, we knew we had to build a bridge between Twitter and the garage...
NGK Pitboard brings up-to-the-minute tweets from the biggest names in Formula One direct to your mobile. Even if you don't know your hashtag from your fail whale, you can still enjoy the awesomeness of Twitter. Petrolheads rejoice!
Stop. Look. Listen
business intelligence direct from the people who matter most: your customers
Something in the region of three and a half billion items of content are shared every week on Facebook alone. We comb the comments and look behind the buzz to understand what makes your business, your services, your products and, most importantly, your customers tick.
We use a range of tools and tap into thousands of social media sources to analyse consumer conversation. Whether for brand audits, weekly updates, instant alerts or one-off case studies, we listen and we get it.
Imagine Come Dancing - but bigger
250,000 free places at 1800 health and fitness clubs
Part of the Department of Health’s Change4Life initiative, Let’s Dance was dance on a big scale. But for the initiative to take off they needed the means for both fitness centres to register and enter the details of the classes they wanted to offer and then the ability for participants to book their places.
We designed and delivered a booking engine, in just over five weeks to let the nation dance. Anyone for a waltz?
Add a bit of spark to your brand
We were all fired up for this one...
Creating a new website for the no. 1 brand of spark plugs in the UK (and the world) might sound a bit unexciting. Not for us. We love spark plugs. And we want everyone else to love them too.
As well as making the NGK website an even better place for techies to get the answers they need, we added rich media content, social media feeds, news updates and striking visuals. You can insert a 'next gear' pun here...
